1. TABLE/REFINED SUGAR




Table sugar is one of the worst foods you should be eating on daily basis items like candies, chocolates, sodas, desserts all of them are mostly made up of sugar, sugar precisely gives empty calories which means when you eat sugar or foods which mostly contain sugar you get calories but you get nothing that helps your body or muscles grow, neither essential macros nor micros.

All you receive is simple carbohydrates which later gets stored in your body in form of fat, If you are in a caloric surplus.

Corn Flakes have been eaten in many families as breakfast or evening snack from ages, it is also considered healthy by most of the people but is it really healthy?

Actually it's neither very healthy nor very unhealthy, it's more on an empty side, where corn is a whole grain and is healthy to consume, everything healthy about corn dies during the production of cornflakes.

Hence, remains a fiber-less, nutrition-less meal.

5. WHITE RICE


White rice is eaten almost daily in many families, in cuisines like Japanese and South Indian it is a major dish.

But is white rice unhealthy?
