Well i don't think it'll be surprising for you understand that you shouldn't eat fast food too much and if you want to lose fat then you'll have to minimize it's consumption.
As on a caloric deficit you already have a limited amount of calories to consume in a day so you better not fill that amount with empty calories.
Diet should be clean which should include macros- complex/fiber rich carbs, lean proteins and healthy fats.

7-9 hours of sleep is very important for our health and it also helps in weight loss.
